The enchanting villa in Lucca is surrounded by a large park, entirely fenced, which extends for about five hectares, consisting of various types of very suggestive gardens rich in various tree species, with enchanting scenographic effects.
The beauty of the park of the villa is accentuated by the fountains whose functioning was and still is favored by the richness of the area’s waters.

EXPERIENCE VILLA OLIVA
On the north façade, the harmonious portico consists of five arches and four linear and imposing stone columns that rise to include two floors. Outside, the portico is bordered by four series of low columns, also in stone; inside we find symmetrical windows that surround the entrance portal, surmounted, as in the south facade, by a small balcony.
This building is inspired by orderly and elaborate balances, highlighted by “full” and “empty”, which denote the conscious search for an all-Renaissance beauty marked by the harmony of forms.
At the end of the 16th century, the plants present were still present, such as lime trees (Tilia platyphyllos Scop.), Maples (Acer campestre L.), English oaks (Quercus robur L.), hollies (Ilex aquifolium L.), hornbeams (Carpinus betulus L.) used for the formation of a green gallery that has not been found in any other villa in Lucca; we also find typical species of the “Italian garden” such as box trees (Buxus sempervirens L.), badgers (Taxus baccata L.), plant known as the “tree of death”, holm oaks (Quercus ilex L.).
Featuring a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, shared lounge, tennis court and pool views, La dépendance is located less than 1 km from Villa Reale in Marlia. Villa with private pool, garden, barbecue, free WiFi and free private parking. The villa includes 8 bedrooms, a living room, a TV, an equipped kitchen with a dining area, and 1 bathroom with a bidet and a washing machine. The property is 9 km from San Michele in Foro and from Piazza Napoleone. The nearest airport is Pisa International Airport, 26 km from Villa Luisa.
The lemon house, splendid and characteristic in its decidedly 19th-century Tuscan style, set-ups with LED spotlights on the walls, ceiling fairy lights or bulb catenaries with decidedly 3200 ° Kelvin light led lanpade, all rigorously dimmable.
The ceiling of the lemon house lends itself to any type of lighting, ceiling fairy lights or bulb catenaries are the most used by the spouses but we are available to find an impact solution.
The Buonvisi stable, linked to a singular legend, is also of great artistic value; the bet of Buonvisi with the king of France Louis XIV. Buonvisi claimed that the stables of San Pancrazio were more beautiful than any room in the palace of Versailles. Intrigued, the king sent one of his ambassadors to verify the veracity of Buonvisi’s words. The messenger arrived on the spot found the walls of the stable entirely covered with gold coins bearing the effigy of the Sun King. The ambassador, faced with so much splendor and the image of his king, could only recognize that Buonvisi had won the bet.

Una villa da mille e una notte !
“We chose Villa Oliva as the location for my son’s wedding, after having seen many, this one particularly struck us. It is located in San Pancrazio a few kilometers from Lucca, it is a very well kept historic villa, it has a beautiful stable, where we celebrated the wedding, beautiful gardens and a wonderful lemon house where we dined. Take it into consideration if you are looking for a refined and particular location. “

Una villa per un’occasione speciale
“I have read conflicting reviews, we chose it to celebrate a wedding and it was a very special event. It is clear that the weather, an evening with a clear sky, and a catering service up to the occasion make the difference. But the location really gave that extra touch, the exterior of the villa is very beautiful, the schderia, where the wedding was celebrated, is fantastic, the lawn at the back of the villa where the buffet islands have been located very well and finally, the lemon house where we dined created a unique atmosphere. About 120 guests all very happy,
I recommend it for similar events “

Un posto stupendo
“I visited the garden on a beautiful summer day with those lights that make everything golden. We were alone and we felt like we were the hosts, the masters of a corner of paradise. A beautiful place, very well cared for. Even if you can’t see the Villa, we imagined it and often dreaming is better than seeing …. During the tour we met the owner who was very kind and told us the history of the Villa.
Absolutely not to be missed is one of the most beautiful villas he has ever seen. “
